Diagnosis
Frons with a horse-shoe shaped carina, and interscrobal area with a longitudinal carina; vertex with a median carina in posterior ½ ; mouth region narrow and drawn out; scutellum with a median carina; entire propodeum reticulate. The frons of this species is very similar to hirsutus, but differs from this species in several characters: e.g. midlobe of mesoscutum with two pair of setae and scutellum with one pair.
